Ken Ndegwa, the founder of Fieldcrest, is a licensed CPA based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with more than 15 years of experience spanning Big 4 public accounting and corporate finance. His career began at PwC, where he worked with large multinational companies across complex audits, financial reporting, and global regulatory environments. That foundation—combined with later roles in industry—sharpened his ability to see the big picture, navigate high‑stakes financial challenges, and guide strategic decisions with precision.

Throughout his career, Ken has supported organizations through IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, financial reviews, and forecasting. Before launching Fieldcrest, he held leadership roles that shaped company direction and financial health, giving him a deep understanding of how strong financial systems support growth.
